It surely is, my heart has never bled, and correct i want a profit, but i also serve my customers well.

You persistantly post slights about me, my prices and my products..Your grip on any reality regarding running a successful business and building a quality brand from scratch is pityful..

Your spot on again it is a public Forum and we are all entitled to post what we like..I post what i like, so do you, but start misrepresenting me and i will bite.

My customers and myself work together not as seperate entitys, again your knowledge seems rudimentary on the interwoven relationship that all businesses and their end users have..

My customers guide me, and trying to say i do not respect them shows your thourough crudeness of thought when talking about my relationship with them.

The fact is i would not ever welcome you as a customer again, its like staff..You drop the deadwood and stick with the winners..Your deadwood my friend...Not one of lifes winners..

"thats like buying a car for £10,000 and it costing you £7,000 to fill up the gas tank !" Well, that is a common marketing strategy. Look at cheap ink printers for example. Nothing to whine about.

What I would really like to see is the lowest (zero or 11) liquids selling for lower price than the highest. You do not usually see beer sold for the price of vodka, do you?

No, but do you see Non Alcoholic or Light beer being sold cheaper than Full Flavored? LOL ...

Beer and Vodka are in 2 different leagues .... LOL

Ill take my chances Apostle51. Why welcome everyone to buy from you?? Just like buyers dont buy from every seller, sellers dont need every buyer...Some are more hassle than they are worth...

Don't take this the wrong way Jason , but i'm cringing on what repercussions may come from some of the comments made.

surely as a supplier you would want to welcome everyone as a customer, the money is all the same, or is buisness really doing that well you can pick and choose who you sell to.

must be all that money your making on the juice

haha , sorry couldn't resist that one

pillbox, give me some examples of my "persistent" slights against you please...feel free to post them on this thread...if you can find any, which i doubt...instead of making false accusations...and any forum members who remember me slagging him off in any post, please feel free to cite examples here if you remember them...

i recommended you to someone just yesterday, and i do so several times a week...why would i do that if i had something against you or your business?

and believe me mate, youll need me before i need you...and if you want to insult me personally,an old and potentially future customer, then that shows what you really think of your customer relationship...

ok...as youve said im constantly slagging you off, which i actually havnt, and youve decided to be personally nasty, threatening and condescending, and accusing me of slander, then i might as well be honest...and this isnt slagging..this is fact...

you seem to think youre something special pillbox, but youre not mate...you sell the same ecigs as every other supplier, theres no unique selling point...except they cost more and have branding plastered all over them, and your customer service is no better than anyone elses...in fact i support "mrecig" because his customer service is actually much better, faster and he's cheaper...and hes a much nicer person too...

so good luck to you with the empire building at all costs mate, even to the extent of this treatment of a customer...i'll never recommend you again...potential customers take note of this guys behaviour here,it speaks volumes...

and dont worry about banning me...theres nothing special about you or your business...i only deal with people who have integrity and decency...i'd start smoking before id buy anything off you again...

I dont understand this thread. If somebody ones to buy in bulk why dont they just make arrangements with wholesalers. With the internet that should be straightforward. Why complain about other people who have done that.
Of course prices are high its a new product. Reguler supply chains havnt been established,it takes time, effort and investment to get a business going which is a gamble. Prices will drop as its gets established and competion drives them down.
One of the refreshing aspects of this forum was the conversations between the suppliers and customers. Customers normaly think they are been exploited by greedy businesses and suppliers always feel agreived that the customers dont understand there overheads, risks and how little they are realy making.

Then good, we got to the bottom of your resentment against my business, and myself.. Thank you for posting that...And trust me i dont need you..

And on a personal note i dont know Mr Ecig, i am sure he is a great guy, but it has been blatantly obvious to me for months that you had issues with myself.. I cannot be bothered dredging through posts to find your subtle digs, but they are there..

I might run a business but that does not mean i have to lick everybodies boots. Fact is i would rather be bankrupt than do that..If i lose customers, i lose customers..

But do i believe you have recommended me??Not a chance...
