Default Cleaning 901 atomiser with alcohol without damaging paint?

Can anyone kindly give me some tips as to how I can clean my 901 atomisers with isopropyl alcohol without damaging the paint? What end do i drip it into and, presumably, it will drip right out the otherside right?

Then do I need to reprime them some how? I don't drip, I use carts.

    Thank you!

i personally prefer to boil mine. then blow them out, let them dry, since u dont drip u could pop in a cart after it is dried out an let it sit for awhile to soak up some of the liquid to kind of reprime it.

Thank you. But won't boiling destroy the plastic coating/design?

Seems a fairly common practice. I've done a few in alcohol. Not sure what to say about the paint. You will probably be replacing those parts soon anyways.
