Would the links you provided be of much use if the vendor/supplier were outside the U.S.? Another source of complaint could be with PayPal as they seem keen on cutting off all of our domestic suppliers.

    Good point breakfast chef.

I doubt it would help with out of US suppliers, but perhaps if someone is searching for a supplier over the Internet, a complaint against any supplier would show up, don'tcha think?

excellent sticky for ppl like suzi. if this kinda of grab the $ and run keeps up, we'll see the whole vaping industry fall like a house of cards. there actually ARE regulations for buying and selling, much to dismay of feigned ignorance by some sellers.

my opinion on bad service is put up, shut up, or be shut down

Well, like the dot com craze in the 90's, not everyone gets into the e-cig business with completely altruistic motives. There are many who are just trying to stike while the iron is hot and move on to the next "big thing". It's the nature of the free market.

But there are vendors out there who, deservedly, make a profit because they keep the needs of their customer first and foremost in their minds and business practices. I think we would be doing the new members a great disservice by not only pointing out which supplier may not be on the up and up, but also what resources are available should the situation escalate and there's no other avenue for resolution. No one wants to feel like a victim.

EDIT: I edited my OP to shorten the list. It was a bit heavy on information for a single country and I wouldn't want anyone to think that that particular country as a whole was bad. That would be wrong, now wouldn't it?
