If the FDA/Gvmt ban the e-cigs...

another dumb question (sorry!)
If the FDA or the government ban e-cigs will it apply to just the US or to the UK/Europe too?
Would they have the power to stop them being manufactured in China? My guess is surely not but don't know for sure how any of these FDA rules and regs work so trying to prepare myself just in case.

FDA has no jurisdiction outside the U.S. They can stop random packages coming into this country and inspect them but they can't get them all. Unless they are banned in France you are safe.
