    So is it even possible for an AA sized (18650) 2500mah battery to explode, even under short circuit? I've seen demo's on youtube but those seem to be the big RC model type.
    Also (I've asked this before elsewhere), is there special regulation that's responsible for the scarcity in the UK of 18650 and 10440's ?
