Okay firstly folks my money, my SD, I can do what I damn well please with it, I just got agitated with the switch issue I kept having, and since I have anger management issues,I went to town on it with the hacksaw.

And Trog thank you for posting, and you're right the whole batter issue is a big deal because most people are unaware of the little things. Also if I may ask how extensive was the research that was carried out in making sure the black wire will burn out, before the battery shorts out??

Torch, no torch, who gives a flying rats ass. Sounds good thank you for answering my questions, though I still believe I could make a SD blow up (i'm partially pyro) I might buy another one just to try that once I have enough money.

one more pic to keep the hacksaws at bay..

    trog

ps... we tried to make one go off inside an SD crash.. we are part pyro... in the end we just pointed a blowtorch at one and stood back and watched.. when they explode they shoot the contents out of the end leaving the cell case intact.. some flame is present..

not quite that good mouse.. he he he

but we have never refused to fix one yet... the worse case is one that had been apart that often the body threads had worn away so it wouldnt screw back together..

but if he sent it back we could fix it but not for free.. £35 quid plus £5 shipping i recon... he he he

Moe - "Curiousity killed the Cat!"

Curly - "but, Satisfaction brought him back!"

Knowledge has a price - here it costs about as much as a Screwdriver!

Thats one of my fav sayings, I'm glad someone is looking at what I did from an alternative point of view rather then I just wasted my money.
