Default a TotallyWicked penstyle atomizer broke my Janty Stick.

It shorted and now won't charge. It would have become completely useless if i didn't have a backup. Thanks TW. I hate you. Imma stick to the expensive atomizers now.

(disclaimer: i know it's the chinese manufacturer's fault and my disdain toward TW is misplaced. regardless i still wanted to b*tch about it.)

Sounds more like a connection problem with the janty stick and the atties.

Do other penstyle atty's work? If so, I'm with surbitonPete, it sounds like a connection problem. You may need to use a staple mod to get that atty to make a good connection. It's fairly normal with certain penstyle atty's that a staple mod is needed for proper connectivity.

thanks god i just read this thread, 6 out of 10 totally wicked atties i have didn't work with my janty stick, i thought they were defective.
after reading this thread i took one working atties and a not working one.
i looked carefully into the atties connections and i immediately noticed one (the working one) has a higher center pole, the not working atty has the center pole too low and clearly it doesn't connect right with the stick!
this mod should be a sticky, very helpful.

i bought a 5-pack. The first one worked great. The second one CAUSED A POWER SURGE... i had it plugged into a usb drive and a windows notification told me about the surge and disabled the port. And now the JS won't charge, period.

Also, these atty's are leaky. You combat a leaky atty by making your cart filler less flowy (make it denser), but there's no happy performance sweet spot with these.

IMO TW atties perform better than janty classic or tawa.
unfortunately they are as leaky as janty ones...
the only penstyle atties i have that do not leak are be112.
