Soot...first of all, I love John Lennon and especially that pic.
The saving money thing makes me giggle. You've got 3? I've been using them since April and I cannot count how many I have now. They're mostly 901's in all sorts of colors...I have three kissboxes now, (I'm still using the original, the two others are put away for emergency)... the others...heck, they still work, but I put them away because I like the 901's and the kissbox. Merry Chrisssmiss, I'm broke! LOL
I'm in the "no drama zone". Save it for the soaps.

LOL! Me too Karen. Maybe I'll stop buying new toys in the new year. Doubt it though.

What about guarantees, are they a myth as has been suggested on the forum or do companies really provide after sales service?
I've had experience with Janty, Sedansa and e-cigs.co.uk and they have all replaced or refunded failed or unwanted products.
Someone said that Gamucci don't back up their guarantee, so for them that would be a myth/misrepresentation.

He's right you know. If i can't tell people that what i am exhaling is not harmful to them and does NOT contain Nicotine in any shape or form then it is not going to be legal in Public.
Try giving one of e-cigs.uk's cards to a Scottish hairy arsed Bobby who's just told you to "put that thing away sonny or your inside"

I bought an used gamucci. I emailed gammuci and the ebayer that sold the unit to who I bought it from, asking them some questions. I got no answers...so I emailed them again...no answers. I would never recommend a gammuci to anyone. that is my experience and I haven't seen one participate in this forum that sells gammuci come out and tell us why their product is so good.

After about a 3 or 4 day delay in email communications, Njoy replaced a weak/almost dead penstyle atomizer for me. They sent me a postage-paid envelope wanting the bad one back. Before I got it into the mail, a second new atomizer arrived. I suspect this was due more to the multiple emails I sent than their "generosity", but I'm certainly ok with 2 penstyle bats and 2 atomizers. They're a great backup for when the 901 bats are charging.
I only drip the Njoys though. The carts just don't work worth a crap.
Puresmoker has also replaced 2 bad bats for me.. no hassle at all and quick response.

i think five year guarantees are a myth.. but until five years have passed no one knows for sure.. i add the last bit just in case someone asks me to prove what i think..
i also think a guarantee should reflect the expected product life not a merry go round of replacement parts for a promised time..
but who give a sh-t what i think.. it will never go along with the consensus norm which is what forums are all about..
