I went to last site and it took me to ........../shoppin/shopcontent.asp etc. Scroll down to Info. click certificates. Scroll down to ingredients. It's # 6 - 12/13 that has me concerned about just what it is. They answered my email and gave me an attachment you can tell is a fake and listed more wierd ingredients. I think I'll see if Wiki. can tell me what they are.

You're right that there is more than propylene glycol, nicotine and water. The flavourings seem to account for a lot of additives.
Yeah, really no different than many foods we cheerfully eat, as far as scary sounding additives are concerned.
The official ingredient list isn't really the concern though, it's the potential for contamination & quality control issues. That's what we fret about, if anything.

I agree, what's in it could be another myth. What they tell us and what they do could be different.

[QUOTE=trog100;73260]there is no escaping the chinese they are now the worlds factory simple as that.. sad but true..
far tooo many variables in the cooking pot at the moment to be certain of anything.. but from small scale to big scale would mean china..
But don't you care what we might be putting into our lungs could be just as harmful or worse as fags? How much can you do to get those chemicals out of e-liquids made there. I don't have a good feeling about that.
I need to know of e-liquids that are manufactured here, from beginning to end result and I want to know what they use. We have that right. One person on one thread as an answer to what they could do was, "well, we're the real guinea pigs." Nice. Doesn't anyone care enough to reseach what we are inhaling. I HAVE to be careful having a lung condition already. Don't want to add to it. Surely my concerns are understandable.
Comments anyone?

How do you suggest we do that research?

When I brought this up to someone, he said when doing research on the chemical, get into like tested on rats? You know they give rats mass quantities, but after long term vapig, we have had those "mass quantities". And it ain't beer like on Sat. Night Live with Jane Curtain and Dan Ackroid.

You could try to contact Johnson Creek Original Smoke Juice - The Best E-Liquid in the World - Made Right Here in America for a breakdown - It's supposedly made in the US. I don't know how "friendly" they'd be to your request though - it's likely a trade secrect, much like all the ..... that goes into real cigs...
I Don't know if this has already been tried...

Starting anywhere. I thought Wiki. first and search the name of the chemical and see. There's also got to be a place to go to that lists the chemicals and how they breakdown in us or rats.

Fag ingredients are listed if you go to their site. The Surgeon General or ? made this a must. It shouldn't be treated as a trade secret when you only want to know and they should understand your concerns. If they don't give them then maybe there's different reason than trade secret.
Good idea. I wanted to contact them anyways.

Yeah, Johnson Creek have been asked for an ingredient list and promised one but never produced it.
It might be worth trying again.
