Kensington + other power questions
I've been using a Kensington and a passthrough almost exclusively since the beginning of June. I'm not keeping records, but I am getting the impression that the battery life is starting to drop off. I might be imagining it, but it seems like it's going flat faster (at the end of day 2 instead of halfway through day 3 after a full charge).
Has anyone else doing this noticed this? Or have some idea how long it should last with daily use and recharging every 48-72 hours?
ALSO: What about the portable power pack linked below? Should I expect it to perform as well as the Kensington?
DealExtreme: $19.57 8-in-1 "10000mAh" Portable Power Battery Pack (DSi/DS Lite/NDS/PSP/Cell Phones/MP3/MP4)
Thanks in advance?

I have several of the kensington power packs. They do not have a very long lifespan. I should have thought of that when making the purchase but I overlooked the pack is only rated at 300 recharges.
The DealExtreme link above shows a battery pack that is "- Actual capacity is 2000mAh" I don't know what the 10000mAh in the heading is referring to. It doesn't specify how many recharge cycles it is rated at either.

I forgot to answer your other question. If the DealExtreme unit is 2000mAh it should perform as well as the Kensington, which is only 1800mAh.

Considering the amount of abuse you put on a battery pack using an atomizer, I would guess you are probably seeing your KPPP starting to wear out. In the end, the power pack is still a battery with a limited life cycle.
