I have a Vapor King PV...

With a NEW out of the box Cartomizer, I can puff on it about half a day.
With a Liquid Refilled Cartomizer, I get about 20 puffs and it starts tasting like I'm smoking an real cigarette's filter.

What should the Refilled Cartomizer's life expectancy be?

Look into the PTB (pyramid tea bag) mod. I just got my first PV thursday, and it seemed like it only held 4-6 drops of liquid, I did the mod, which is insanely easy, and I can get about fifteen in there, + 2 drops on the atty to get it goin. Thats worth about 2 hours of straight puffin, for me anyway....

PTB can't be used in a cartomizer. I say this loosely as someone may find a way. I am able to get a similar amount of time out of a refilled cart as I do with a fresh one on my VK. I have not counted and compared puffs or anything, but it is more than a 20 I would say. Granted, I have been using mine for only a week now, but am quite pleased.

I have also put a 901 atty on my VK battery or PT and am able to use the PTB mod quiet well.

It's weird, but if you rinse them out under warm water(several times), then blow through it until its dry(basically an empty carto), you should be able to get ~30 drops into that sucker. That should last you half a day or so.
