I would think that even if they did rise, if you're on a sliding scale, this should be able to be countered relatively easily. With some deductive logic, between meals when you're stable and aren't on an upward or downward trend, you should be able to vape 1ml no nic, watch the trend and figure out how you need to adjust for that mil.
Now obviously everyone is going to be different, and this method wont work for those 2 shot a day'ers. but with sliding scale or pumpers, should be do'able.

Actually I test 7 to 10 times every dau and take 4 or more insulin shots. 1 Basil shot (Lantus) and the rest bolus shots to cover carbs or adjust for high BGl levels.

I have VERY good control, or at least I did till I quit smokeing and started vapeing HEAVY!

After looking at the information in the Health section, I suspect that in addition to Stress, AND Body Chemestry changes from eleminating the "SMOKE" from my system, I've probably increased my nicotine intake because I vape like mad.... I'm going to start switching off to some DYI zero-nic juices and reduce my nic intake and see what effect that has.

I'll figure it out, I refuse to lose control of my BGl levels and I'm comitted to staying off the analogs!

Yeah, but look at the toxicity levels! You'ld have to vape about a pint of e-juice in about an hour to get enough vanillin to have any noticable effect!

This went around on the Fourm here a long time ago and many publications where cited to state that Vanillin, when heated turns to a toxic gas that is dangerous to inhale. It is still on the board here. Anyway, bottom line is Vanillin is not a good player.
