Are 901s going out of style?

well I've only been vaping two weeks or so, I got 901s 510s and 401s.
901 - pros: great flavor, best of them all. good throat hit. seems to use less juice
cons: seems more leaky, vapor production could be better
510 - pros: vapor production, throat hit.
cons: low on flavor, draw on my protege and passthru can seem airy/light
401 - seems like an in-between device, doesn't shine or excel at anything better than the others except its small overall size. cons, my attys are temperamental, draw gets really thick fast

About 901s? Sometimes the models can be different?

I like the 901 and the 801 the same for different reasons.
The 901 is like a lite cig and the 801 is a power puffer.

Quality

The 901 I ordered from E smokey treats has lasted 3 months! I bought it mid August! It is solidly crafted and feels substantial. At that time I also ordered an 801 from RMV. It too feels solid and heavy.

Since my 901 is going out after 3 months I bought another one about 3 weeks ago from a different vendor and it feels like a toy. It's wonky, lightweight,leaks fits and starts and doesn't hold a full charge. It is as good as my 3 month old EST's and it's new! I decided not to waste the s/h sending it back. I just ordered replacement parts for the 801 and 901 from RMV.

I guess I mention vendors to point out the difference in quality when using a 901 or any other pv.

I hope the 901 isn't going out of style. I can put it in my pocket and go but I sure hate the lightweight toy feel of this one I now have in my hands. If they all become like this I won't use them anymore.
