If he thought just running for President made it okay for him "fall off the wagon" - wait until he starts - he will be up to 2 packs a day before the end of the week - LOL... If only we could get an e-cig to him.

He was quoted as saying we will not see any violations of rules in the White House. Undoubtedly, there are places on the White House grounds that are off limits to the media.
