Any suppliers who do business over the phone?

We have been talking about PVs for a bit now to some friends that smoke and they are really interested. My in-laws have been using PVs since August, but we just got our own kits in last night. We haven't had a chance to take them to the local pub yet. Anyway, this couple has indicated that they might like to purchase some. Right now, she uses the patch while at work, but then removes it and smokes in the evenings. He is on Chantix (week 7 I think) and can tell no difference. They are wanting to put their house back on the market, but believe that the cig odors from smoking indoors were a main problem a few years ago when they had it on the market. If nothing else, they would like to be able to do this in the house since the husband refuses to smoke outside. Then they could replace the carpet, prime and repaint, etc., and get rid of a lot of the odor in the house.

Here is my problem. They are an older couple and not comfortable with the internet. At one point in time while their kids were living with them they had dialup, but I don't think they even have that now. I wouldn't mind ordering a started kit for them, but I can't be in the position where they contact me to do all of their ordering. Big problems are that we only see them 1-2 times per week and I would have to pay upfront for everything.

Are there any suppliers that will take orders over the phone? If so, I think I could print off some of the pages off of their website that listed the products the couple would be concerned with and give that to them. Then the couple could call the supplier and place the order.

Thank you all for the suggestions. I know they are going on vacation soon, so I don't know if we will see them before they leave, but this will be great to let them know about if they decide they want to order some.
