Late night, like 9-1, is when he usually runs sales, and most often on Friday and Saturday nights.

Also pick an extra flavor you're interested in (or another caramel, just make sure your choice is available 30ml & strength you request) - if you request another flavor in comments, Rob will send first-time buyers 30ml in that flavor added to the order for free. (stickied in his sub-forum)

Just ordered the Carmel from him and noted the Ruyan 18mg in 30ml in the comments. Hope it works.
