next day processing is pretty dang standard, and what I would consider quite timely... These guys could probably process your order within hours, but they aren't huge comanies and to do so, they would have to charge more and have more overhead.

I ship stuff everyday for some forums that I run (not e-cig related), and trust me, spending hours and hours packaging and shipping stuff isn't exactly where one's time is best spent. especially for smaller companies who keep their overhead low and their prices lower.

In fact, many large companies in general will not process your oder and ship it same day unless you order by 9am or 12pm (or sometimes as late as 2pm) their time.

to expect your order to come in and for someone to then immediately process it and run off to the post office just for you is highly unreasonable. People ship in batches. try to make the best use of their time. If each and every order were handled individually like this, the company and the service you receive from them would suffer greatly. either by having to increase their costs to have manpower to meet your unreasonable demands, or b/c they are spending all their time processing and shipping one at a time...

    Anyways... for the record....

I just emailed Rocky Mountain Vapor (RMV) last night at around midnight their time. Got a response within 15-20 minutes, exchanged a couple of emails with them in a matter of minutes and decided to place my order.

Ordered about 1:30 in the morning (their time). Order processed and shipped early this afternoon.

I ordered two atomizers and a battery for my dse901 for 24 bucks AND got free shipping. The place I ordered my stuff from charges 15-16 bucks for an atomizer, plus 8 bucks shipping on all orders under 100 bucks.

So, for less than the cost of one atomizer shipped, I just ordered two, plus a battery and had it shipped for free. Order processed and shipped next business day. That's excellent service as far as I'm concerned.

Oh... and by the way... your order in your original post, processed on a Saturday (not a business day) and shipped on a Saturday (when most post offices either are not open at all, or keep shorter hours on Saturdays. Closed on Sunday's. You got your order on a Wednesday. The 3rd business day. Priority Mail via usps is 2-3 business days. Can't blame shipping time on a seller anyways. Once it leaves their hands, it's not up to them how fast the post office gets it there in most cases.

Anyways, just realized this might have seemed a bit "angry" or "ranty"... not the intention... Just another perspective

    later,
    Jason

They have a store like 10min from my house and the owner is amazing! He really cares and gives free samples all the time. I've never ordered online, but sometimes it can take a couple of days. Not saying you didn't have a bad experience but I have nothing but great things to say about this company.

What I posted was not an attack just pointing it out.

From my experiences some people get unreal expectations planted in their minds. I can work on a customer's issue, need to order a replacement part or device.. It will be an hour before closing and I am ordering the part from another time zone, several states away. They want me to get it now.

8 hours later when we open they are already calling about the delivery times. Umm processing and shipping from a warehouse yo! If it is a weekend forget it people cannot fathom ups does not make drop offs unless you pay for it on Sat. (not a business day) nor sun. (also not a business day).

I ordered a few things late Thur and early Fri. Some came on Mon. Some today and more than likely tomorrow, Friday and one ups on mon.

I know some of the suppliers work nearly round the clock fulfilling orders.. MY GOD people these are also people with lives and families.
Mad props and praises to all that keep us noobs, vets, and other suppliers puffing along.

Yeah, I've been burned by these slacker companies too
Placed my last order with RMV on a Monday morning and it wasn't in my mailbox in SC until Thursday. The nerve of these people! It was a $15 order so they shipped it for free but still...

    ROFLMAO!

Default So far nothing but good experiences

I am a newbie and have ordered from the following suppliers:
    TECC (The Electronic Cigarette Company)
    Eastmall
    Johnson's Creek Original Smoke Juice

All three shipped my orders the next business day. Eastmall, located in China took only 5 days from the order date to delivery at my door in Texas! I have heard about others having experienced significant delays when ordering from China. All three of these companies give tracking numbers. Cannot comment on their customer service as I have had no reason to contact them.

IF theres a finger to be pointed, point it at the postal service --- and then point it at yourself for thinking the world revolves around you.....

Very Slow service and when I called them on the phone(when there line is not busy which is rare) the lady is very rude and has an attitude/tone. They give you no tracking Number! Avoid this company I still don't know if they're legit or not since I have not even received the product yet but they defiantly already charged me.

Other companys with very slow processing.

Rocky Mountain Vapor, they have great deals but they take a full day to process and ship your order, unacceptable when you need e-juice ASAP!

Mist-stix.com same deal as RMV very slow processing, I expect my order to process and ship within an hour or hours of placement if it is withing reasonable business hours (before 5pm ish)

Now to the fastest processing suppliers.

cignot.com is awesome these ladys don't mess around, within the hour of placing the order they shipped out my PCC,Usb Passthru and 5ml of menthol ecopure juice! Great service now I will time them on how long it takes to get here, if its here by friday that is a 3 day shipping and within my reasonable standards for delivery even if it is USPS.

Another good company, though there products are more on the pricy side e-smokeytreats is reasonably quick, they charge u $12 for USPS shipping but its well worth it. I ordered my Joye 510 on Friday and got it on Monday, 3 day shipping, Friday,Saturday,Monday, Sunday USPS do not operate.

you should order from dealextreme.com, fastest shipping times in the business, you won't be sorry...

Just remember that other newbies will read this statement and won't realise the sarcasm in there
