Heaven Gifts called me a liar!
Just got my Kent eliquid from Heaven Gifts.
It took a month to get, and it's not Kent, it's Menthol.
I hate menthol.
HG told me to take a picture of the bottle, which says Kent.
Then they said, look it's Kent, not Menthol.
I am not stupid, I can read.
They made a mistake calling me a liar.
When I report this to Paypal, they will probably shut down HG's account.
I am giving them 3 hours to refund my money.
I am so pissed.

I've read here that mislabels can happen in Dekang. That's the price for cheaper liquid I guess.

Perhaps it's the language barrier...this company has been reliable and my most economical vendor when I don't need the "stuff" in a hurry. I'm so sorry you had a bad experience, the one time I had issues with a batt they were courteous and prompt in emails with solutions...don't give up on them, mistakes happen, perhaps someone will trade you liquid on ECF (they often do)...I love menthol but don't have Kent sorry...

Ok, so I wont lose my head.
But I dont like being called a liar.
I do have taste buds.
I'll just give the menthol to a friend at work.
And just chalk it up to a loss.

they did make a mistake.
but they also said i was lying
a mistake is fine, happens all the time
i make plenty of mistakes myself
but i am careful to disagree with my customers when i have no proof

The customer is always right...
They should totally hook you up with another bottle of the right stuff. It's like a fast food joint giving you a soda, it costs them next to nothing and keeps the customer from spiking their sandwich at the manager and making a scene.
I've never had a mislabeled bottle yet, but stranger things can happen. I have noticed a difference in color between individual bottles of the same flavor- makes me wonder a little.
