Question for the noobs
I read a lot of the threads in the new members forum and it seems to be a lot of the same questions over and over again with questions like
Which one should i buy?
Who should I order from?
Is it dangerous?
Does it contain antifreeze?
Then the thread goes on for days and days with some of the members here offering good advice and a lot of us giving our personal opinions on what is good and what is bad. some of the threads go on for 2, 3, 4, 5 pages and even more.
So, my question is with all of this information being given to the noobs, how many of you actually have ordered an e-cig and are using one now? The reason I ask is because a lot of the noobs seem to have an endless amount of questions, but don't seem to be creating a new post and telling everyone what they think. maybe I'm just too nosy, but I would like to know what you all got and what you think about it.

To be fair I am aware of quite few who've come asking questions and then come back a few days later telling us about their new kit and maybe asking a few more questions now that they have got their gear.
I'm also quite nosey and do like reading posts by folks, especially those who've made a successfull transition from smoking to vaping.

That is what I want to hear about too. I'm hoping that they all got their new kits and are vaping away instead of smoking away.
I would also like to hear their opinions as well.
Inquiring minds want to know

Well I never asked any questions, but I read a bunch of them and the responses before buying a 510.
It's probably the best investment I've ever made. I haven't had an anlog in the 2 weeks that I've been vaping. I'm happy I switched, and my boyfriend was allergic to smoke, so he's really thrilled about the switch as well.

Well, I didn't post a "Which one" thread since there were so many already there and responded to with enough info for me to discern a choice that met my needs.
I got a 510 kit w/PCC last week and I really like it. It has surpassed my expectations as far as replacing the whole analog routine, but the 510 batts have now created a more frequent problem that refilling my Zippo.
I see a mod in my future.......

I posted a few questions before I bought an e-cig on this forum. What to buy, where to buy, etc...
I bought a JoyE 510 from cignot. I started using it this past Saturday. I love it and have not had an analog cigarette since Saturday morning...and that was only 3 drags. So I am at 5 full days without a real cig and loving it.

I am still waiting for my kits but already thought about making a review in the eyes of a noob, of the M401 and DSE901, which are the ones I bought. Just waiting for them to arrive, so I can start that thread.

I'm a noob. I started out with the "Green Smoke" (yeah, I was green). I returned it for a refund (way too proprietary and expensive to use). The posts here seemed to suggest the 510 as an efficient way to go, so I bought a Titan. Then I missed the convenience of the 2 piece. So I bought a VK from V4L.
Now my 510 is for backup only. And definitely not for trips outdoors. The way I like to vape, I'd be topping off every 10-15 minutes.
Using the VK, refilling cartos and using an automatic pass-through, I can vape for an hour or more between top-offs, while nose vaping for flavor before inhaling.
When out of the house I can carry a couple of batteries and a few filled cartos to last for most trips. No bottles-no attys.
After using one originally pre-filled carto for two days, I have refilled it at least 30 times.
and it's still going strong. Showing no signs of dying.
If loving KR808D is wrong, I don't want to be right.

Well I did and I'm now two months into a new life. Yea there were days that I had a few analogs but am now completely off them. I'd say that in the two months I had about two packs but that was mostly due to the assorted problems that I had with my first few purchases. I also work offshore and there were times that my batteries were not charged so I bummed some smokes. The cool thing is that if necessary I can switch seamlessly if needed and I still want to get back to my e-cig. So my score is two months off a pack and a half a day habit to only two packs in two months with the last three weeks having no analogs. Still buying kits to find that just right for me device and still checking out different juices.

I lurked and read and assimilated before I bought my Joye 510. I searched out all my questions and had them answered without posting. After I ordered I signed up and introduced myself.
I got my kit today and have been vaping for about an hour. I LOVE it and I am so grateful to this forum for the wealth of information.
