If cigs didn't make you dizzy, then the answer to your question is, "fewer hits than that."

Seriously, it's fairly pointless to try to do an apples-to-apples comparison like that. There are so many variables on both sides (filters and tobacco on one side, nic levels, attys and voltage on the other).

I've heard 10-15 drags approx= 1 cig That being said, if you're feeling dizzy you probably need to lower your nic level I use stronger nic in the morning, 18mg and then 12mg -18mg for the rest of the day I vape pretty heavily, not as much as when I first started Since the e-cig doesn't burn up like a cig, it's harder to tell when" 1 cig is over "Too strong nic will make you crabby as well

When I first started vaping I found myself hitting it nonstop (I think a lot of people do) because you don't have any obvious stopping point like you do with an analog. Also, even if it can satisfy your nic craving, it's not really the same feeling (that's my experience anyway). So you might have a tendency to keep chasing that smoke feeling and end up overdoing it on nic.

I'd suggest either cutting back the nic level or cutting back how often you vape but raise the nic level a bit.
Smoke-free since Oct '09 thanks to ecigs!

I dropped my HomeBrew juice about 2mg/ml. This is so I can do it all day, and still only get about 6mg of nic a day.

I tended to add a bit at night, but I found the MontyPython'sGrail of: 1 part Homebrew juice, 1 part PG, and 1 part PGA (Pure Grain Alcohol, or everclear 75%). This works better than any juice I made. This is what I was lacking at the end of the day, and have now found it. (I just will smell like a "still" if I did it at work.)

I vape about 3 to 4 ml of 36mg a day. I honestly never feel it.

    Hi all,

I've been vaping for 1 week as of today. I started vaping 24mg and it really gave me a kick. So I've dropped down to 18mg. That is a 25% reduction. I have ordered some 12mg so I can vape my head off. This is one of the greatest inventions ever.

It's hard to find the right balance. The only way I can accurately track the amount of nic is to measure the amounts I'm using. I've been using approximately 1 to 1.5 ml of 18mg a day. I was a pack to a pack and a half a day smoker. Marlboro lights have .8mg each but that doesn't mean that is what they "really" are and also how much is really absorbed.

So I'm still adjusting. I thought I was overdosing but it was the opposite. I was actually going into nic withdraw because I was so worried about over doing it and cut back vaping too much.

Like it has been said it is apples and oranges.
