Mixxy I am sorry to hear your story. I also saw a kiosk that got my attention to e-cigs. I was ready to buy until I heard the price. Since I didnt know anything about them I came home to research and found this forum. Which has been great. You can try to go back to the mall although I doubt you will get any money back. Either way just think you have possibly finally found the way to quit analogue cigs and there is really no price that can be set on that. In the end it will hopefully be worth it for you.

I purchased a 901 deluxe kit from Katys at the www.smokelessshop.com. I have been so happy with the product and her service. I have since purchased several items from her as well as puresmoker.

Mixxy: You might want to add your experience to this site:
    http://www.complaintsboard.com
    Search site for "Smokingeverywhere.com".

Maybe a good way to get the word out.

    Edit: Fixed link. Thanks Catman51!

    gep,
    Your link isn't working.
My experience was in Las Vegas, ran into 2 of their carts. Thought it was a great idea, but didn't jump in til I got home and ordered from them on line.
The cart guys wanted $200, and I ordered from the Smoking Everywhere site for $150.
I think I'm just stuck with it.
It doesn't smoke correctly, meaning you have to suck your lungs out to get anything. Even tried filling it with juice.
I did order the penstyle from Steve at PureSmoker and it's a world of difference.
Guess I'll just mark it up to stupidity and take the loss. Hope other people come here first and learn before jumping in with them.

Mixxy you should be able to refill those carts (if you are unable to take it back) pop of the cartridge and look inside there should be a little plastic piece that looks wet. Also make sure your not using the cart that comes on it out of the box, that is just an empty cart to make it look good. (I learned that the first time I got mine)

If you can take the boxset back then by all means screw those guys! Order from puresmoker.com Once it ships it only takes about a day or so to get to my house here in Cali. I'm about to make my 3rd purchase from Steve, he is honest and freindly as hell. Rare these days.

I don't know what I would need to go through to get a refund, since it seems I agreed to the "no refund" in the first place. I do know there are plenty of other things I can do that might "hurt" their biz... by posting a "beware" notice on our local Craigslist. The only "good" thing I can say about Smoking Everywhere is that they WILL probably make a huge number of people aware that there IS actually such a thing as an e-cig... and they might do the research first (like I should have done) so if there is a plus to it all... that would be it.
I am still very grateful that I do (now) know there are e-cigs to replace regular cigs... and I AM very determined to make this work for me after smoking for over 30 years!

If I were you I would return all the stuff he sold you right back to them.
Did you pay with a credit card?
If they are giving you a hard time and refuse a refund, I would talk to my bank.
I would also say to the salesman, if he will not give you a refund you will complain to management at the mall.
I would talk to management at the mall and tell them about their scam.
I'm sure management will not be happy to hear about that, it will give their mall a bad name.

Fortunately hubby (though he liked the idea) decided to "think" about getting one for himself for a day or two and see how I liked mine. I was balking at the price, and was pushed into taking a "special deal" for $160 he would throw in an extra 3 boxes of
cartridges (5 per box) which I was told 1 cartridge ='s 1 to 1 1/2 packs of "real" cigs... which I learned after 1 day was total bull So... with a "no return" policy I seem to be "stuck" with this e-cig.
Does anyone know if I can refill these smoking everywhere cartridges using the liquids? From a few videos I've watched it looked like the cartridges that are being refilled have some sort of a fiber inside of them to hold liquid... but the cartridges for the smoking everywhere are just a plain plastic tube, and no fiber or fabric inside? Not even sure if I can use the "drip" method on their Atomiser? Not totally understanding all the details on refilling the cartridges or using the dripping... I JUST KNOW I DON'T WANT TO FORK OUT ANOTHER DIME TO THIS RIP-OFF COMPANY!!!

My hubby still "wants" to do the e-cig thing... and is now asking me to find out what he should get. I'm thinking of the 901 and juice for him... but do I just forget totally about the smoking everywhere and buy another e-cig for myself... or try and get at least some of what I paid out of the smoking everywhere? Just so mad that I got taken!

Would be so grateful for any advice/help with this!!
I don't have any advice but wanted to tell you how sorry I am that you got ripped off.

I'm just over the river in Camas, WA.

Welcome to this forum. Its a great group of people!

I did a similar thing, though online. Read about e-cigs on some gadget web site. In the comments someone says their brother is selling something like that. I bite. Got a supermini, not the best choice, and some problems and unresponsiveness. I'm chalking it up to a lesson learned. Their product DID turn me onto this, and I'm happy with that.

What a great bunch you are... thank you all SO much for the welcomes, suggestions & your advise. Even though I'm still feeling pretty taken by Smoking Everywhere -- I'm just using the darn thing until I can get a replacement... but won't be buying more of their cartridges when they are gone. I do volunteer dog grooming at the local shelter across town on Monday, so didn't make it back to the mall... but planning to go tomorrow, as well as call the main company at the number on their web site. They advertise right on their web site that one cartridge is equivalent to 20 traditional cigs -- so I don't have much hope of getting support from mall by telling them the guy at the kiosk lied to me etc. I know what really makes me angry is the fact that I told the pushy guy at the kiosk that I wanted to go home and research online first about e-cigs... and of course he talked me out of that... so is my own fault.

So... just going to do a little more reading here... and then do some shopping to get hubby & I some of the "good" stuff. I have noticed that I'm starting to enjoy using the e-cig more than my regular cigs (still had 1/2 a carton when I bought it) so I'm liking that... and I used the e-cig in the car today and it was so nice not to have to roll down the car window to "smoke"!

    mixxy,

I am truly sorry to hear about your misfortune with Smoking Everywhere. Experiences like that give all of the good suppliers here a bad name, and make e-Smoking look like a scam. It truly aggravates me.

The advice that you got from all of the nice people who posted here seems totally 100% right on. I sincerely doubt that you can go wrong with any of the suppliers here. Everyone here is like a big family and I like to think that we all look out for one another.

I hope that your future e-Smoking endeavors turn out much better than your first impression, and I wish you good luck!

Can anyone confirm what "Smoking Everywhere" are selling? They look similar to a DSE103 to me, like this DSE103 mini e-cigarette - Ruyandirect.com Best E-smoking Shop (note the price difference!)

As for refilling the cartridges, might they have an inner cartridge in the plastic tube that you can pop out? I've not got that exact model but some of the similar ones, you can push out the inner cartridge by pushing a paperclip through the hole in the mouthpiece. Without some sort of material to hold the liquid it wouldn't work at all.
