As for refilling the cartridges, might they have an inner cartridge in the plastic tube that you can pop out? I've not got that exact model but some of the similar ones, you can push out the inner cartridge by pushing a paperclip through the hole in the mouthpiece. Without some sort of material to hold the liquid it wouldn't work at all.
Yea that's what I do with mine. I think smoking everywhere has the same thing.

Luckily, I didn't buy from them, however these are the guys in the Mall that turned me onto -smokes.

I wonder how many people had their first exposure to e-smoking from them, whether they bought from them or not?

I would be interested in that poll! We may owe them more than the high price they charge for their product just for exposing us to this???????????????????????

I actually learned about e-cigs from a news segment interviewing someone associated with Smoking Everywhere myself and was all set to buy from their website until I researched a tiny bit more and found this place.

Our local news also did a 'bit' on a kiosk at a local mall. They were called 'Luci', I believe. Luckily, I was already reading this forum like crazy and trying to decide whether to take the plunge. But I did rush up there to look and _touch_ it. (I like to feel things before I order 'em). It looked just like the DSE901 in black. I even managed to sweet talk the young man into letting take a puff or two.....then didn't buy it. (tsk). Drove straight home and ordered my first kit from puresmoker.

I suspect they were the 901's and were just rebranded. They were asking $99.00 for the same kit that I bought for $49.95!

Wow, I actually did something right for a change!

Red face Fool me once, shame on you...

My sister lives in Florida and after reading about the Smoking Everywhere kit, I asked her to buy one and send it to me. She paid $149.95 PLUS tax for it, and $9.95 for the cartridges. It looked okay when I got it, but the batteries were only lasting about 2 hours with a full charge.

I found the company's phone number on the internet and called and talked to some guy named "Ethan" who said he was an owner and would send me a new kit. 2 weeks later, I got a poorly wrapped package containing only one battery, that now lasted about 3 hours!

I called back and could never get "Ethan" on the phone again, but another person who spoke broken English told me to return it to the store (I live in California!). I asked him if I could mail it back for a refund, and he then told me that the carts were franchises and that I'd have to send it back to them!

Meanwhile, a local cigar shop had another brand, "SmokeStik USA," which I was able to try and purchase for $69.95, and that included 10 cartridges. The battery lasted almost all day, and when I called the company to ask them if I could buy another atomizer, the guy who answered, "Brian," who actually spoke ENGLISH sent me an additional atomizer at no additional cost and some coupons for discounts on cartridges! I've been using their product for about 3 weeks now and am thoroughly pleased, although I gave myself quite a head rush with the HIGH cartridges the first day!

I contacted the BBB in Florida and it appears that Smoking Everywhere already has a bunch of complaints, but I added mine to the list; it can't hurt.

I now have a beautifully boxed Smoking Everywhere kit for sale - slightly used - any takers? Do I hear $5? $10? Going once...

    Default One more thing...

I got an email today from Smoking Everywhere asking if I wanted to buy any additional kits for my friends/family for Christmas for only $99.95. Someone forgot to tell them we celebrate Christmas on the 25th, not that it would matter, I wouldn't pay $9.95 for another kit from them!

Again people, I never had or will never buy from them, BUT, most people, I feel have been introduced to e-moking from them, which is invaluable as far as I'm concerned.

I would have never known about this if it weren't for them.

Even if I spent twice what they wanted and threw them in the trash, then bought from some suppliers here, it would have been money well spent.

I'm not trying defend them, ok, maybe I am, but the exposure by them to e-smoking, may have saved my life as well as many others from the analog death.

Alright, maybe I shouldn't be commenting this late in the evening. Maybe we need some E-Beers as well

I use to roll my own cigs with the price of cigarette's these days and on the web site was an ecig I had no idea what they were so I looked around and found a cheap one health e-cigs. What a mistake crapped out after 10 puffs. The place I got it from wouldn't answer my emails. Next step I saw some videos on you tube for njoy ordered supermini took a long time to come in the mail. I look around the web some more and got two pen from puresmoker. the pens and the supermini came the same day even though I ordered the supermini a week before the pens. The supermini didn't produce enough vapor the the pens were great and I was hooked so I too wasted money but if that what it took for me to be here with my two pen's one mini and on screwdriver so be it love them all and this is a great e-cig forum. btw Happy New Year

I got exposed to e-cigs when I was looking for a cigarette replacement. I first heard of swedish snus, and then saw an article about snus that also mentioned the Crown 7 (another high-marketing product that does not seem to deliver from what I have read here, similar to the Smoking Everywhere).

I have kind of seen that people need to beware of any company that first and foremost offers e-cigs as a way around the smoking ban. Smoking Everywhere obviously does, and apparently there is a shyster in Australia doing the same thing. kind of off they would not promote the health benefits the most.

And, Mixxy, there are local agencies that could help you register a complaint. If they have a business license, which they have to to be in the mall, they will receive the complaint and have to respond to it or risk fines and loss of their license. I know because I responded to those kinds of complaints in the last company I worked for. Most companies will just do what the customer requests if it is within reason (which a refund for returned product is) to avoid the hassle. The agency name varies by state, but calling your local city hall can point you in the right direction. Just ask who you can register a trade complaint with.
