Exclamation Registered Mail from DealExtreme

So I ordered about $80 worth of batteries from dealextreme.com and I used the option for free registered mail. Usually I get EMS, but I was feeling cheap and I thought, "How long could this honestly take anyways."

Well I ordered on the 30th of October and got an email saying it was shipped a day or two later. It has now been sitting in foreign acceptance since November 2nd. Im really trying to be patient but its been a week with no movement!

So basically my question being, has anyone else used the registered mail option, and does it usually do this? (sit in foreign acceptance)

Thanks

order placed on 10/22/2009
Shipped via Tracked Air Mail On 10/28/2009
location: Unknown on 11/09/2009

Either they use carrier pigeons, blimps, hang gliders, or paper airplanes.

Three weeks for my order to arrive registered mail, I was happy it only took the three weeks. My question is why do they send their stuff registered mail? Its not as if the shipment is hundreds of dollars of product.

From what I have seen, if it is not registered, there is no tracking at all then.

It can take 3 weeks or 3 months. I just got a shipment that I waited for for 10 weeks.
I forgot that I had ordered it almost..

I do not do business with them any longer.. Battery Junction is fast and in the states,

I'd agree with that now... too bad I had a HUGE wishlist on them but then I'd rather pay a little more than wait a month for a few dollars savings.

I have used battery junction and spent $70, but all of my batteries from there crapped out.

Could have been the charger though. It was one of those soshine ones that said it did them all, but after charging my batts a couple times none of them work. Except for the 14500s, they still charge in that charger just fine.

So basically I cant figure it out if it was bad batts or bad charger and I have $70+ bucks sitting out there and I have no clue when theyre going to get here...........I just want to use my SB
