yea, im trying to avoid the habit of vaping, which is why i got some 36mg to try. getting no or low nic would just have me vaping more, not less. im starting to think even 36 mg is less nic than an analog, but im not sure, so im trying to be careful. riskee juice is very good, pretty much just tastes like caramel, its just smooth, and has the right amount of flavor. optimally, i would like to get the same amount of nic i had with analogs, without vaping more than i smoked.

slightly sweet, I think a slight overtone of caramel, coffee and berry

Just out of interest, why do some people think they are getting less nicotine than with tobacco?

They were fun to try, but I'm done with the fruity-flavors, Riskee is now my "brand." It's just as advertised -- tobacco with a hint of caramel/vanilla, barely sweet.

I was a pack-a-day smoker for 30 years, Marlboro Lights, but I now that I vape exculsively, it's low nicotine (11 mg) pretty much a few puffs every 1/2 hour or so throughout the day.

My luggage didn't make it on the plane to my travel destination last week, contained my chargers, so I wound up buying a pack of analogs after my batteries drained. They were so disgustingly nasty, it took me a day to smoke three cigarettes, one or two puffs at a time. I am now officially off analog cigarettes, day nine!

I personally feel that I am not getting as much nicotine. I am using 18mg and formally smoked tobacco 30 cigs a day. I think the e-cig is not giving me enough of a fix, so I use it more often than analogs. Do you agree?

Well, we hear of overdoses sometimes here, even folk who have had to go to hospital, I've never come across that with the nicotine doses from tobacco.

Maths and science also suggest that we are mostly getting more nicotine and raising our tolerance.

What you will never get with vaping is the hit of carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, etc, no smoke, no lack of oxygen to the brain. Some people raise nicotine levels thinking that will give them a smoking hit, it won't, it will make you more tolerant and dependant and you will need more for effect.

At least that's what I think, lol.

I vape loads whatever dose I'm using, occasionally I use a couple of drops of high nic for a spike.

You're probably right, I am used to getting that hard throat hit from tobacco. I think my tolerance for nicotine is much higher now.

    BTW...what is Pengus-yummuss?

    hi kate
the reasons are...we have already established that many people cannot"put it down" or stop vaping all day long. of course you will overdose. i have had many satisfying sessions sitting at my computer for hours with the usb power, and could tell i was getting up there with the nic. the main reasons i was saying we arent getting the same or enough is because i was having the same withdrawal symptoms when smoking "similar" puffs worth that i would get at work when i am not allowed to smoke like lightheadedness and disorientation that i always get when going 4 plus hours of no cigs. was getting that unless i smoked 2-3 times the puffs of the e-cig. this also explains to me why many people also only get 1-3 hours battery life from 901's.i also recall a thread saying a test was done using a machine to measure nic level in puffs from both, and the vapor had 5 times less nic in it. i beleive it may have been like 11 mg liquid though.i think it was in the "nicotine" section of the forum. of course i take this all with a grain of salt, and consider things like maybe the symptoms of other chemicals im now lacking from the cigs,BUT...these symptoms go right away when i have chance to vape heavily, which leads me to beleive its the nic.i started with 16mg, but recently got some 36, so im still testing and new to this, but if that machine test is correct, even 36 mg will give less nic than a cig, which my symptoms seem to be agreeing with(not psychological, cause i read about the test after trying the 36 mg even)
