The RY4 and double mint are really strong from vaporoptions. I think they are out of the RY4 thought. The double mint really tastes like you are chewing gum or just brushed your teeth. I didn't think I would like mint, because I always hated menthol but I really love it! The double mint also gives a really good throat hit. It's worth trying. Their butterscotch is also strong, but way to buttery for me.

Are/were you a smoker before you started vaping?

A lot of folks here suggest that, as a smoker, it takes some time for your tastebuds to "wake up".

I've been vaping for only a couple of weeks and am currently on day 6 without lighting an analog at all and I'm noticing that, SLOWLY, I'm starting to actually taste things again (food, drink, juices...everything).

    Just my thoughts...

any menthol is strong , most puresmoker juices like Riskee are also pretty strong , i myself prefer a more mellow flavor for an all day vape

I'm getting desperate for some flavor too. Only ones worth mentioning were the Dekang RY4 (which I hated at first but now really like.. I don't get it) and grape... I gave up on Lorann's; just weird and chemicaly... Just bought some capellas as a last ditch effort before resigning myself to just buying cheap Dekang and dealing with it...

if you're looking for flavor...try a higher voltage. there's a huge difference in flavor between 3.7v and 5v/6v.

    Thanks Guys
Yea that must be it, I'm a newbie coming from full flavor menthol cigarettes, and can barely taste most of the juice I recieved. However I love my puresmoker menthol , this is going to help me, its my fave. I think I will try DIY Flavorshack, I hear alot of good things.

    Thanks Flitz
Yea I have a protege arriving in a few days, using a 510 now.
Next I'm considering a PS Passthru because I think it will be available before the new Protege Passthru adaptor. I haven't even tried the Protege and I'm already ready for 5 volts
If it gives more flavor that would be awesome! But I hear alot of people saying it cuts the flavor too. Does it depend on the liquid ?

well, don't confuse the two, the Protege is a 3.7v device, the Prodigy is a 5v device.

however, the new USB Protege Passthru adapter will give 5v (closer to 4.4v i believe).

i do see a lot of people say that it cuts flavor, but i personally don't see that at all. i also can't be sure of what they're using, but me personally i love my Prodigy at 5v. i mix my own flavors though, and most of them are literally mouth-watering delicious, and those same flavors at 3.7v are way muted to the point i can barely taste them.

once you try high voltage it's very difficult to go back.

but, the Protege even at 3.7v is an amazing device, the consistency with the better battery really comes through. i tend to use my Protege with "tobacco" type flavors, and my Prodigy for custom flavors.
