I've been dripping almost exclusively since I started, but I don't know if that will be practical for me on the job. I might even have to get an adaptor and go the way of the dreaded cartomizers... heh.
The 510 PCC is a bit taller and much narrower than a pack of ciggies. It's about the same depth.

And what's so dreaded about cartomizers. The GreenCig carts are especially wonderful - even more vapor than the 510.

Are you even sure you are going to be able to carry anything like that on a Prison Yard?
If you cant carry a PV when on the yard you can always just take your charger to work and keep your batteries plugged in at the guard station/break room.

LOL. I'm just joking, really. In my first (gigantic) noob post, one of the repliers was quite enthralled with his cartomizers, and they sound scary to me. They kinda look hard and annoying to refill, but I'm sure it just takes practice.

But he highly recommended cartos for my upcoming job situation. Seems they last a pretty good long while before running dry, which is always good.

I've read a little about the Silver Bullet. Has a nice look to it, chrome and all.

But I would consider "heavy and oversized" to be like... a maglite. Or something similar. Which is what some of the hybrids look like.

    Huh? Megas last that long.

    Mega battery = 280 mAh
    Bart. 14500 batt = 900mAh.

Mine lasts all day. Once a day and a half. ymmv.

To be honest, I have no idea. Maybe, maybe not. Worst case scenario would be not, because one of my biggest reasons for switching to e-cigs is so I could get a quick hit every now and then due to the fact that I won't get 800 smoke breaks a day like I do at my current job.

But your recommendation does sound like a good resolution. However, I have been on the compound one time for my drug test and fingerprinting, and the employee lounge is located on the grounds. You go through security and all that before you can even get to it. So I wouldn't even be able to take my stuff there if I couldn't even get through security with it.

I'm sure people bring worse things to work...

I might be wrong (and I usually am, especially when it involves me conversing with you ), but the mAh rating of a battery is directly tied to the amount of time between charges, correct?

If that is true, wouldn't the Bartleby batt. last much longer than the mega?

When you say "mine lasts all day," are you referring to a Bartleby batt or a mega?

    And what's "ymmv?"

LOL. I just noticed that I mispelled HYBRID in the post title.

That's a sign that it is time for bed.

    See, you are correct!

    Bartleby batt.

your mileage may vary. Depends how much you vape and your habits with handing a manual but you'll get much more than 4 hours from a Bartleby.
