2 weeks in review of a newbie vaper

Hi. So as soon as I found this forum I decided I wanted a 510. I'm not one to spend on a whim and with careless abandon so despite recommendations to get a passthrough, a PCC, extra atty's, extra juice, etc. I just bought the Starter Kit and 10 mL of juice. I thought, that should be fine. That was two weeks ago. Since then, the days have gone like this:


Day 1 - Ordered 510 starter kit and 10 mL tobacco flavored juice from China because they had white ones like an analog. <click!>

Day 2 - Egad! That one might take forever to get here. Order another 510 starter kit from cignot and two 5 mL of juice <click!>

Day 5 - Yay! It's here! Vape vape vape vape vape vape vape vape vape vape vape vape vape vape read ECF vape vape vape vape vape vape vape vape vape vape vape vape vape

Day 7 - Oooh! A good deal on a sampler kit. 10 3 mL bottles for $10 ! <click!>

Day 9 - Hmmmmm....better get a passthrough and not hafta deal with juggling batteries. <click!>

Day 10 - You know? A PCC would be nice. <click!>

Day 11 - Let's get another starter kit for a friend. If he doesn't like it, I get to keep it! <click!>

Day 12 - You know? These sweet juices are pretty good. Let's try some more. <click!>

So in retrospect, I followed a VERY familiar path as outlined by some experienced vapers. Things I found true:

1. I originally wanted a PV that looked like an analog. Now, black looks cool.

2. I originally wanted all tobacco flavored juices so it'd taste like an analog. I generally don't like sweet tasting things. My taste changed as many said it would. Can't wait to try english toffee and french toast!

3. Originally: I don't need a pass through. (Yes I do.)

4. Originally: A PCC is a luxury. I'll just carry extra batteries. (Luxuries are nice. Extra things in pocket are a pain.)


How many others found this path familiar? How did we ever shop before the internet?

I listened to all advice here on the forum & got all of the above & then some one my first order.

Sounds like you really like the vape though! Me too it's the fashizzle!
