Haha yea I just gave the Powerkhan to me mother for her phone, the power monkey is charging my phone I think I am just going to wait for Friday and buy the APC since its known to work very well with the USB passthrough then I can throw all those nasty 901 batteries in the trash, well the battery recycling box hehe honest!

I got two APC power packs from frys.com for 35 bucks shipped total. Charged one for 2 1/2 hours, been using it for 2+ days, still says 3/4 charged! I put the 2nd apc in a drawer in closet, I also just checked frys.com and it is still selling for 14.99 peeps. This thing kicks azz all over ecig batteries.

I'll be using this backup battery to replace the 3AA battery setup I'm using now


- with that setup I get at least 3 to 4 days e-smoking from a good set of batteries (2100ma/hr jobbies)

This Battech USB battery (4400 ma/hr), fully charged, should last around twice as long.

If you have a 'passthrough' usb lead and you plug it into the Battech device (or similar) it should also last from, I dunno, what? 3 to 5 days I guess, depending on the amount of use it gets.

I just ordered an APC off of eBay. ten hours of vape time sounds like a dream to me. With a Janty Kissbox on the way with three batteries, I hope to take all these Chinese mini-cigs that are unreliable and, well, you don't want unreliable gear for your ah, addiction, I figure I should be better covered! I just hope the Kissbox atomizer holds up to my heavy vaping!

Well my APC powerpack is fine, works awesome, but my 901usb has died after only 10 days or so of use, not abused one bit either. Is there anyone on here who is good with their hands/electronics, that would consider making these more heavy duty? Like I could send in my dead one, and someone put a heavy duty usb cable and a manual switch on and shrink wrap it all so its durable. Id be willing to pay triple what I did for the 901usb if it lasted. I emailed Steve at Puresmoker.com, hopefully he still covers this, cause 10 days of use is pretty lame for the switch to go bad, the wire looks fine and no stress cracks or anything.
