I got this off e-bay & can't believe how well it works. The price is great & the performance is unbelievable I have been vaping heavily for 5 days with a 901 & it's still showing half charge.

No buttons, just plug in the USB passthrough to the mobile power pack. It's always on. Endless plumes!

So does the power gradually drop off on these at all, or does it stay high and then go off a cliff when a recharge is needed? The latter would be much preferable of course.

gotit, as you are using a usb passthrough which has a vacuum switch installed, this controls the power. don't know why i did not realise this, brain's not functioning. back to sleep for me.

I haven't experienced a drop off in power at all. Every vape is like a fresh battery.

I just got it yesterday and used it 10 hours straight, it is lasting so long .. I'll let you know when and if it gets weak.

I just took a look at the PDF documentation for the APC device, and it apparently does have "on" and "sleep" modes. It automatically sleeps after 15 minutes of non-use.

According to that PDF I just mentioned, yes, you can use the device while it's plugged into the wall outlet.
