Do you just have cartridges or do you have liquid on hand too? I'm buying the liquid now and getting it in 36 mg and diluting it down to 18, which is my norm through the day. But the couple of times I was really having a bad craving, I put just a couple of drops on my cartridge of the 36 and that did the trick. I have overdone it with the 18 a couple of times. I got all jittery. Not sure what that's about, but even my hands were shaking. Haven't had that happen since the first few days so I guess I've adjusted.

Also, I don't have the liberty of keeping this "glued to my lips" 24/7 either. I can't do that in the office, or at meetings, or when I go out to peoples' homes (for my job).

Anyhoo....I think it is just something with me....but I persevere....and I don't lose hope. It still could happen some day!

Keep at it! Hmmm, the "glued to the lips" may be a big part of it. I mean, I'm not doing it constantly all day long but if I want to sit here and puff away for an hour straight, I sure can. My husband has a problem like you, at work, and just sneaking a few puffs here and there often leaves him wanting a real cig, and that's exactly what he ends up doing. That's probably similar to what you're dealing with. I think you guys just sorta get started and the ole brain is screaming for more and you don't have time to get it there. Maybe that's what it is.

I done away with cartridges. Done that and now I only use liquid. I too don't keep the e -cig clued to my mouth. I never thought to do this. I can smoke most of the time anytime I want too. I think I will order me the 36mg. I have not tryed that high yet. I have used the 24mg and like I said, dizzy high feeling. Than Only use the 36mg whenever the crave is high. Got a new plan and I hope this is the answer. I need to find some e-juice that I really love those.

@Hopps: 11 mg will be called medium with one reseller, and low with the next (and I even saw one reseller name it high...). That's the reason why you should always look into what they mean to say with the terms they use for strength when you are looking at a place you don't know yet.

Is it the same for any of you fellow quitters?
kinda late reply but here it is anyway.

i stopped smoking the day i got my 901.
for a hardcore smoker like me,
it was surprisingly easy just like that and i never looked back.
although i don't have cravings for analogs,
i think of trying one to feel the difference,
which of cause i will not do...but i think of it sometimes.

Yea it was pretty easy for me, for the first few days I had a smoke here and there but just didn't like it, couldn't believe just how crappy it tasted, I mean damn my poor wife had to smell that all the time! My car is starting to smell nice as well.

Wow, if I wasn't so happy for you guys quitting, I'd be jealous! I have had a bear of a time quitting, although I'm feeling very positive about how far I've come: I went from 1+ carton a week to roughly 1 carton a month. I'm still working on my "triggers", but it seems I have certain times that just demand an analog: one in the car on the way to work and one on the way home, then one after dinner and one or two before bed. They taste disgusting, but I can't seem to get past that craving. I'm going to try getting a higher dose liquid for those tough times, and see if that helps (I'm on 16 mg right now). Hopefully Steve @ PureSmoker gets a new shipment of juices in soon, I'm ready to shop!

Seems the MG isn't high enough for you. I smoked quite a bit so I know you feel. I have 16mg juice and although it tastes good, on it's own it just isn't enough. I would have gotten higher but Steve didn't have the flavor I wanted any higher. Right now I'm using High Carts with some medium juice and it's working great. When I was using medium cart I was still smoking. Sounds like you just need a higher MG of nic.

i wouldn't necessarily say it was easy for me but I planned on quitting when i order my 901. It's rare that a day goes by that I don't crave an analog but it's all willpower. I have to agree that a fresh battery and a top off really helps kill that craving.

The two biggest things that keep me vaping and away from analogs are the little counter below showing me all the dookie I could have inhaled and all the money I've saved - and the fact that I snuggle with my honey without him making the "ew, you smell like an ashtray" face.
