Who else feels like they're cheating??
I've stoped smoking, but I'm enjoying nicotine more than I ever did with the aid of my e-cigs (DSE901 aka RN something-or-other).
I feel like I'm cheating
. Anyone else feel the same??

you know. I got over that feeling. I know nic is not good for you. but I feel good. So wtf.
Just deal with it. The analogs no longer have control over me.

I feel like I'm cheating when I smoke an analog!

yup, cheating both the tobacco and pharmaceutical industries
I've been cheating myself ever sine I started smoking.

It is like having your cake, and eating too!

Heheh, I kinda feel it's like having your cake, then spitting it out!
I tell you what, it's a million times better than those pathetic Nicorette inhalators. To some extent they are designed to mimic smoking, but fail massively.
Nicotine is no worse than caffeine, as I explained to my never-smoked man who used to be nuts for coffee, now prefers Pepsi!

Believe me, I'm not hung up about it in the slightest
Just playing devil's advocate.
What I'm trying to get across is that I've found the smoking world equivalent of The Magic Pill. Smoking was/is like a grain of pleasure wrapped in a bag full of .....; to get at one, you have to consume the other.
Vaping has turned that on its head, and the switch from tobacco was really, absolutely painlessly easy. To all intents and purposes I feel like I haven't stopped smoking at all, I just do it with different substances and without burning anything. The ..... has been removed, but the act and the goal are the same.
Thoughts?

Personally, I'll be interested to hear what the medical people in my life (GP, dentist etc) will make of it when I tell them my current smoking status. Will they approve? Will they see it as a soft option? Will they lecture me about the evils of nicotine alone?
I have my first appointment with a new dentist in a few days, so the subject is bound to come up. Incidentally, I left my last dentist because he took a dislike to me after learning that I was still smoking after his initial cancer-themed lecture. I'm convinced he was dead rough examining my gums, prodding them til they stung and bled, because of it. Fascist!

Was not convinced when I 1st heard about these little gadgets but after 3 months of not thinking about it I decided to try it out.
I don't feel as though I am cheating and since starting I consumed my last 5 analogs in the 1st week. They were 1 here and there, really cos I couldn't be bothered to throw them but I think the main reason was to compare the 2 side by side. Analogs lost!
I now tend to think that analog's of all kinds are just plain old fashioned. Move with the times and welcome to the 21st centrury.
