.......... China? Hmm, quite possible I guess... has been a long time ago for me that I had those... but also left those behind because I didn't like them. There is much better filler around, including the fishtank-filter-filler even. The filler needs to be light, fluffy, and letting the liquid flow through evenly.

Katnik, what's not to like about them and how are they different? was about to order some off e-cig but your comment put me off. They are dirt cheap over there. worried now that they might use something dangerous. was going to go with fish tank filler today till the OP brought this up. I think I would appreciate the ease of having blank carts ready to go. but if no-one's selling decent ones, I guess it's off to pets-mart I trot.

I use the cores/mouthpieces from .......... ONLY with my ecigs I bought from them .......... or bestecig.com

The penstyle/801 inhaler/mouthpiece from .......... does fit the penstyle/801 I bought from puresmoker BUT IT'S LOOSE. The ecig kept dropping while the cart was still in my mouth. My ecig is more important to me then the carts.

I also had problems with carts not being interchangeable & got confused when thought all pens were the same but they're not..

Best e-cig sells DSE 801 (probably ecig.com too ), so best ecig &ecig carts are interchangeable while Puresmoker sells RN4072 pens

DSE801 atomizers are shorter and slightly wider at bottom - so their carts are in turn shorter/wider also they don't click/snap into the atomizer

RN4072 - longer and skinnier..carts too and snap into atomizers

so if you use DSE801 cart on RN4072(puresmoker) they are loose as don't snap in as RN4072 carts and are shorter so may not wick as well since filler is further away from the atomizer .

If you use RN4072 cart (puresmokers) on a DSE801 (best e-cig )- since the carts are slightly longer , they will stick out a bit although some people say no fluid leaks , I find that the cart end can melt onto the atomizer a bit and cause burnt plastic taste..

I've kept the carts separate for now although I've tried to snip off a bit of plastic on the RN4072 carts to shorten and works fine..

Hope this helps - although this really can get confusing..

I interchange mine all the time Misty and I hadn't really noticed a difference. Hmm....I'll have to check that out. I did notice some snapped together and other didn't but never paid attention to it after that. See....learn something new everyday here!

Me? Well, guess you can say 'I tried it all'... or very close to that. Now I follow two roads. First off I buy some cartridges; and the filling of especially Ruyan and Janty-cartridges I re-use as often as I can (PartySmoker-filler is okay too). The second road is the 'home-made-fillers'. I have used quite a bit of fishfilter-filler, and it was okay... not quite up to Janty and Ruyan-filler, but it was quite usable. Then I discovered - to my finding - better stuff and I started using that; and still happily doing so now.
So fishfilter (the white top-filter) was okay for me, but I am not using it at the moment. Also, I am in europe, so not sure we have exactly the same fishfilter-materials in our respective shops - so perhaps better look back at what users of it in USA are using, I think.

Too much liquid left behind in the cart; and even the first half or so (that does come out) doesn't do so in an even way, it's mostly (relatively) small 'gushes' followed by dry spells.
At least, that is my experience... perhaps different kind of drawing nets other results: doubt it, but it might be possible.

I am experimenting with the fluval filter filler now. Will see how that goes.

I noticed it as soon as got David's 801 manual switch..RN4072 carts stuck out of the pen cause they are longer ..and got some plastic burnt taste which worried me..and liquid..the whole mess
Since I only had RN4072 carts & no DSE801 carts on hand so I had to think about cutting the RN4072 to have a more perfect fit..so I could at least use the new manual with comfort
since then I got some DSE801 carts and if you put them side by side you can see the differences..
I can use the DSE801 carts easily on the RN4072 since shorter but not the reverse ..
