LOL ... The wifey is the workhorse behind PS ... Without woman in this world, men would be well .... bored. LOL ... Joanna takes care of everything behind the scenes, and I am the *face* ... Although, it should probably be the other way around, cause last time I checked, this *face* wasn't winning any blue ribbons ...

Does boiling the atomizer have any effect (good or bad) on its life expectancy? i.e. is this a method of making it last longer or is this just intended to clean / unclog them? |

I would tend to think it increases the lifespan because there's less chance of the coil frying. When they get coated with gunk, the li'l coil needs to be worked harder/hotter to produce vapour because it doesn't transfer to the liquid as well.

Well My atomizer died I think. Not sure. I tried boiling it after the fact and it looks like a bunch of stuff did come out, but its simply not producing any vapor for me. Looks like Im going to have to return it, since its about 2 days old.

Cash - when do you boil? I mean, do you do it proactively (every so often), or when you notice a decrease in performance? etc I tried boiling a few atomisers - some were not working at all, and a couple of other had acquired a strange taste. (It didn't seem to do any good for the really dead ones) Do you see much gunk coming out of these when you're boiling? I didn't seem to get much.

I'm a newb and boiled one of my rather new atomizers because the stock 0mg stuff tasted nasty and the taste wouldn't leave. I was worried but it worked, and the flavor was gone. I did have a small issue of dripping the juice where it needed to go. But once I did (with a syringe) it started smoking right up. |
