I was planning on making some video of my own personal first experience and journey with e-smoking. I will hopefully be recieving my first electronic cigarette by Friday.

I am somewhat skeptical going in. I am a huge nicotine addict. I am a 30+ cig per day smoker, and the cigs I smoke have an average of 2.0mg of nicotine per cigarette. I don't really 'enjoy' smoking. I have a funny way of smoking, in the fact that I always just take 4 or 5 big drags, and then but it out for 5 minutes later. I sometimes smoke one cigarette four times.

I smoke from the first thing in the morning, to the minute I go to bed. If I wake up in the middle of the night, I can't get back to sleep without my smoke.

I am hoping at first to cut down from 30+ per day to around 3 or 5 smokes a day. And then I guess I'll see how it goes from there. If this poduct actually helps me to quit smoking it would be a miracle. I am going to video document a sort of 'diary', and if it ends up working for me, I might have some good footage for your documentary.

It's hard to tell if the e-cig will help you quite, but I can assure you it will help you cut WAY down at the very least. I have talked to many smokers who where smoking plus 30 years and have quite on the ecig with no problem. Most are using the 24MG juice. It's pretty cool to see how the feel after a few weeks of not smoking.
