Headache?
I just got my first e-cig the other day. I absolutely love it! I'm trying to figure out why I am getting a headache though. I've only had 3 analogs today, the rest just vaping. I used to smoke a pack or a little more a day, so I got some medium strength liquid to start out.
Do you think my headaches (although mild) are from too much nicotine or not enough? I've been vaping for most of the day so... Should I get high liquid next or low?

Very Very common when you quit analogs

Headaches are very very common when you quite smoking cigarettes--That is a good thing!!!!!!!!!
So I would not be concerned.

Yeah so I have heard...I'm not concerned as much as wondering if I should increase the strength of liquid or decrease? Maybe just keep it ad medium for a week and see what happens?

If you are satisfied with what you are vaping now, why change?
I started out with 24mg liquids and quickly moved up to 36 mg because I didn't feel like I was satisfied with the 24mg liquids. If anyone sold it in higher levels, I would probably buy that too.
Ultimately, I want to decrease my nic intake, and that is why I would say stay where you are at if you aren't going nuts.

I would suggest sticking with the strength you have for the time being unless you don't feel that the medium strength is enough for your nic craving.
Medium wasn't enough for my craving so I upped to high and that's when my headaches started. Determined not to be continually playing around with different strengths, I stuck with the high and after a week or so, my headaches eventually stopped.

Headaches can be a sign of nicotine overdose.
It sounds like you developed your tolerance Deb. Higher tolerance means you need more nicotine for the same effect.

I was getting headaches every time I was vaping, I lowered the nic and I dont get them anymore. I started with medium carts, so I ordered low from puresmoker (which is the same as medium, doh!) so I cut with vg and no more headaches!

Many of the e-liquid chemicals are known to cause headaches with repeat exposure, your body might adjust over time though. Or as Kate said, it could be from too much nicotine.
