I emailed gashin about an order I made and he noted that he is having some problems with his manual switch sets - the batteries are failing his stress test, so if you or anyone else you know are interested please wait a week while he replaces his stock. Now thats customer service! preventing problems for the consumer before they happen! Just to clarify I am no way associated with ecigmall.com from a business standpoint besides being a satisfied customer.
Crap.....I ordered the manual switch kit last Friday. He e-mailed me on Tuesday and told me the same thing you said about the batteries failing his stress test, but he said he was sending a new one on Wednesday. I wonder if I did have a good one sent that day or if I'm going to have to wait even longer . I'm so impatient....but very glad he is testing them and not sending out poor ones. Gashin was also very kind in his e-mail...apologized for the delay and offered me a free case for the trouble and a faster shipping method ( I think...I'm not sure what his usual shippping method is, lol)
I dunno, I just got one from him last week and it is working like a charm
