I don't know about all satellite radio, but I don't think Sirius sats are in line of sight with the UK.

No line of sight = no reception.
I'm assuming that's what you meant by your question.
If it was from a legal standpoint, I'd look to licensing, etc.

Artie Lang wasn't too impressed with the ecig because he is used to smoking crack. If they come up with a crack flavored juice I'm sure he would be all over it.
