While it may be the right thing to do...it just makes me even more skeptical about these things, the whole time I've been vaping, I can't shake the idea that at some point, a conclusive study is going to come out and the results are going to show that I've been destroying my lungs at an alarming rate...the skull and crossbones insert definitely do not ease my anxiety over this issue! WHEN IS SOMEONE GOING TO DO SOME REAL STUDIES?

Rob if you have £5-£10 million then we can start tomorrow. Burning tobacco releases some seriously bad chemicals. It is opinion but based on qualified information that the only two active chemicals of any note in the fluids is PG and Nicotine.

The heat of the burning cigarette changes the chemical compounds in the tobacco leaf, this is a fact and in the morphing the cocktail of carcinogens is created and inhaled.

I have been informed on good authority the heat produced to vapourise the fluid will not be enough to m,orph the PG and the nicotine. Therefore it stands to reason it aint as bad.

The reason the Toxic warnings, the aquatic warnings and the rest is on the bottle and packaging is purely because of the toxicity of nicotine, as mentioned above eating a few nicotine patches would be seriously bad for your health.. Are they frowned on??? No .

Make your own mind up but maybe its best if it scares you to use neither, that is the only totally safe option...

Tecc, I agree with you completely, I'm just shocked that no studies have been done...Currently I've only got 3 Million on hand, so I guess I can't do my own studies. lol...Anyhow, I'm not bashing the e-cig, (something that clearly upsets people) I'm simply stating that it remains to be a concern of mine. I currently justify my e-cig use because I am indeed seeing real results! I have cut my cig habit from a pack a day to 3-5 smokes per dayThat is what I call progress! And yes, my ultimate goal is indeed to stop smoking all together. I just found it amusing that one would go as far as putting a skull and crossbones on an insert, honestly, it's more humorous than scary.

Pillbox, someone posted your ingrediants, did not say what flavor. but , NONE of the flavorings were on my toxic list and we already get SOME OF THE FLAVORS if we smoking analogs, only in a toxic manner. Thanks very much Pillbox. I will order soon from you.

The flavors we get from analogs are listed as toxic but not as a flavoring in normal flavoring lists. Did not want omeone to say I did not do a good search.

I think your correct its crazy we have had to do it some respects but as a matter of prudence it really isnt.

Once i fully got my head round how little it would take to knock a 20 stone wrestler out, i now am happy i took the option to start childproofing and adding full warnings and tactile labels.

If a child killed themselves because i was after a quick buck then i could not live with that. If it costs me sales for being truthful then so be it.. Trust me the decision was not taken lightly, then to action was a minefield of problems. Childproofing cartridges bearing in mind we sell a few a month could only be done by going to china to explain and walk them through.

5 kits and 10 sets of cartridge containers and boxes have had to be re-designed. We have had to buy bottles, tactile labels etc.

the wicked fluid now is virtually the finished product.. By the way trading standards would not have let us continue, in december we got served a suspension notice.. Its been a long but worthwhile journey so far...

This is just honest labelling. If we choose to inhale toxins (as we did with tobacco smoke) then we should be educated and informed of the potential harm.

If we aren't told it's dangerous then it could be murder, if we are told then it could only be suicide - personal informed choice.

Exactly surbitonPete, everything we eat or drink these days may be possibly harmful to us. We just need to make a choice about what may be less harmful.

I & many others have been vaping for several months & apart from this forum I'm getting feedback from the eBay group I set up, so many people going back to doing activities like swimming & cycling due to using e-cigs instead of analogues.
