Default atomizer life fact or fiction?

I keep reading about these atomizers(mainly 501) that last many months. Are the 510 atomizers made that much better than 901 atomizers? I never had a 901 atomizer last even a month - some died in days.

I just can't imagine any atomizer lasting a great length of time.

From what I understand when I asked a similar question, attys last anywhere from a few days to a few months. It's luck of the draw, it seems

The only 510 atomizer I've lost is when vaping at 6 volts. I instantly lost 3 attys this way. Never lost an atty under normal circumstances.. yet.

Well I am currently actively using 5, Joye 510 atomizers. Not sure exactly what day I began USING them but I ORDERED them on 11/11, 11/23, and 11/31. None of those orders took more than 3 business days to arrive. All work GREAT!!!! (Knock on wood!!!)

I did have one atomizer become really hard to draw from so I soaked it in Everclear for about 24 hours then air dried for another 24 hours. Works great now!! I NEVER clean my atomizers and I do not blow them out unless I am trying a new flavor. I usually leave each atty attached to a cartridge (yes I have 5 different flavors going right now).

It depends on what you call die.
If you class dead as no longer produces good hit then
EVO atties can last upto 3-4 months, 510 or Titans in the uk use to last about 6 weeks reasently 1-3 weeks

if you class dead as the coil has busted
    evos (1 year)
    titans 6 month +

I've been rotating 3 with fairly heavy use for about a month, all are working great. I blow them out at least every other day, if not more frequently. Hopefully they keep going....

I have been vaping for several months. I have only lost a total of 4 attys (knock on wood) and 3 of those were immediately after giving them a vodka bath. Only 1 died of old age. They were all 901's. I haven't lost any 510 attys. I don't do much 5-6v vaping. I usually use cartos for that. There are some attys that the draw is much harder, but they still work and I am afraid to bathe them so I put them in a box for emergencies.

My Joye 510 attys I got with my initial kit 6 months ago are still going strong. ::shrugs:: I just clean them once a week, let them dry and they just keep going. I think mileage may very...it really is a hit and miss with atty's. I had an 801 atty die just a week after getting it. The coil fried. So I had a friend replace the coil and it's working like a champ. Really I think it is just a luck of the draw.
