It's good to hear that you are finding that method more satisfying Pete. It makes a lot more sense to me to have occasional spikes for effect than to build tolerance with a steady dose.

the lack of hit on demand is the most commonly accepted reason given for patches not working for some folks... this dosnt cover the inhalers thow..

me i would not play the no nicotine liquid game for one simply reason..

i dont fear nicotine.. i fear taking in loads of glycerol all day and every day...

i would take the other route... high nicotine content liquid and minimal placebo vaping... sucking yer thumb for pleasure is one thing... taking in tons of glycerol vapour for fun is stupid..

if anything turns out to be (long term) dangerous from e smoking.. it wont be the nicotine it will be the other part of the mixture.. eccessive quanities of liquid vapour..
