Wall-charger and USB-passthrough in the UK/Europe?

I usually order from ElectronicCigarette/TW, but they don't seem to have either spare wall-chargers or USB-passthroughs (I'll double-check this by phone on Monday).

Does anyone know a good supplier in the UK or Europe that sells both?

I'd rather not order from China and have to wait, pay $20 shipping, and possibly get stung for import duty.

I dunno what cig you have but they also the USB passthroughs but not in all colours hope this helps!!

E-Cigs.co.uk has got both Classic Penstyle and Dse109 USB passthroughs for £19.99 each. Bit pricey but that includes postage and great customer service. I live in Scotland and i've very often received my order the next day if i order early in the day. I've never waited more than 2 days.
Simon is the Only UK seller of the USB's as far as i know.
I only use e-cigs.co.uk and ElectronicCigarette/TW and both are Excellent and reliable suppliers.
