    The internet.

But if you cannot find a place in Egypt, you will have to find a place that ships internationally. I believe this place does, but shipping is bound to be more expensive for you than for me! They also have vegetable glycerin too though:

I'll try to post here one more time before I give up. My posts tend to disappear after about a day for some reason, and I assure you none of the content I'm posting is objectionable or against any rules. I can understand not being able to post my own threads and reviews (I guess), but posts that are removed without any mention or explanation is a complete waste of my time and a disservice to those folks I'm trying to answer. Anyway...

You can get 100% USP Propylene Glycol in gallon jugs from an agricultural store. I found mine at Tractor Supply, a popular chain at least in the north east. The gallon bottle is 19.99 and beside other gallon jugs of something called "Teat Wash" for sterilizing cow udders. The PG is used by farmers to treat Ketosis in cattle.

This is WAY better than getting it online, as sellers can lie about the grade of their product, and shipping bottles of liquids is heavy, and therefore expensive.

I got some from a company on ebay.
They are in Belfast and the postage was expensive .
So was the pg compared to glycerine.

There is more than one kind of pg be careful which one you buy.

1 L PG, MPG , Propylene Glycol , 1,2-Propanediol - 99+% on eBay, also Chemicals, Lab Supplies, Medical Lab Equipment, Business, Office Industrial (end time 28-Feb-09 16:33:34 GMT)

like already mentioned, try places that sell animal feed and animal medicine. PG is used to treat ketosis in a variety of animals (cattle, water buffalo, etc)

Is feed grade the same as USP ?? i want to make sure before i apply it for my own use.... for there is no USP label anywhere on the bottle

feed grade is lower than USP. USP is pharmacy grade. Whenever there's a food recall (such as a beef recall) it's often turned into animal feed.

The one I saw at the tractor store was made by Ideal. It was 100% PG and had USP right on the label. I didn't get it yet either but I think it would be safe.

I found this on ebay but it does say "Not for Internal Use". Would this be something that you could use? Is is 100% Pure

Propylene Glycol is a colorless liquid that has two favorable characteristics for the use in humidors.
First of all the formation of mold as well as bacteria is actively prevented.
Secondly, propylene glycol forms a thin layer on the surface of the humidifier, which absorbs humidity at humidity levels of over 70% humidity and which supplies humidity at humidity of less than 70%. This way the humidifier becomes a self-adjusting humidifier and will automatically stabilize the humidity level at an optimum level of approx. 70%.
