I bought a couple extra batteries for a 901 and the tips light up red, the ones I got when I bought the 901 are blue. Are these batteries the same or is one better than the other?

Houdini, you crafty one ![]() Old daddy, I noticed that a good amount of suppliers do offer the option of blue or red led batts. Is there an inscription on the inside? (where the batt connects to the atom)

Hmm apparently your not the only one here that has that number. Sorry but I guess, your the one that has to test it. The other member who has the same number is OutWest, if it helps.

Theres probably no difference other than the colour. One that lights up blue won't be confused for a cigarette. Might be useful if you use it in a non smoking place..
