I currently use 24mg juice and will be experimenting with 36mg later in the week. From what I have read on e-cig forums, you do not really get the full amount of nicotine as you see written on the dropper bottles. Some of it must be vaporized, some lost to primer puffs and what little is left gets into you.

I use 36mg at work for maximum effect since I don't use it at my desk all day long, and 24mg at all other times, driving, at home, making mods etc
Cheese graters could also be marketed and sold as sponge ruiners. Think about it.

Been alternating between 36 and 24 mostly with some 16 and 18 thrown in at times. Been thinking of going to all 18 and maybe some 24. That 36 will give you a ride at times.

    I can't really say as I've been experimenting with 11, 18 & 24mg. It depends on how stressed I am. : )

I don't think I would go to 36mg unless I were going to mix it with glycerin.

I found that if I cut 16mg with VG at about a 1:1 and 11mg cut at 3:1 for that all day at your desk vape they work great with no nic OD
