Which ones explode? I'm using two little green UltraFire 3.0V TR 15270 800mAh batteries.

I have been vaping for about 6 months with 6v devices and don t have any problems with it.

I do use AW batteries that cost a little more per battery but are specially made to not explode.

You can do a search for AW batteries on google and see how they are made..

I would suggest AW's beause of this reason. I have no fears of using them.

Safe as compared to what? driving a car? walking across the street? smoking cigarettes? using a cell phone that may or may not cause brain damage or exploding cell phone batteries?

This unprotected battery stuff is blown way out of proportion. Do batteries sometimes explode? yes....so do duracells and cell phone batteries and all batteries. Im not the math expert here but you probably have a better chance of dieing from a airplane falling from the sky and hitting your house than you do from a 3v battery exploding in your mouth.

In other words stop worrying about it.

Current Vapes: Silver Bullet,Mr.Puffer(MP1),Kr808 XL, ,AFS V2,The Buzz, Provari

true! but what were doing here is rapidly discharging batts across a coil of wire. and because there all either Li Po or Li Ion they do explode at a higher risk than a batt that doesent have a discharge retainer built in. so what im comparing is a standard rechargeable batt with ought a retainer and one that does. luckle my BB is vented at the switch so its not a pipe bomb in my hands next to me face. batts are no joke! people done understand that batts are not the safest thing on the plannet! you may have never seen one explode, but you may also never have discharged a LiPo batt at this rate before
