one little thing worth a mention.. batteries get charged by voltage differential...
in simple terms high goes to low... the greater the voltage differential the greater the mah goes into the battery... a five volt supply seems about the norm for smaller lithium cells.. 5 goes into 3.7 so to speak...
more and more small battery powered things are designed to charge from a USB socket at 5 volts.. its cheap and saves em having to supply a separate charger...
the extra power pack charger things are designed to extend the away from the PC battery life of the little gizmos.. whatever they are..
the fifty dollar chinese one i linked to is probably one of the best on the market.. the rated 5400 mah seems to be genuine.. a lot are fake..

ps.. the batteries we use in an SD will put out 10.000 ma... 10 amps... they do this for about say a minute.. the internal cell resistance builds and the cell gets bloody hot and the output drops off to about 3000 ma... cells used like this will not live long.. a normal 901 battery is used like this.. a 150 mah battery putting out 1000 ma each puff... which is why little e cig batteries dont live long..
the only reason they survive at all is the short puff duration and a rest between puffs.. this is what the cut off is all about.. run one for a minute and see what happens... he he he
