Duracell Instant Power Charger

I went to the local Walmart today in search of some Polyester fill to refill my cartridges with. Been watching all those Terraphon videos! Found me a 1lb bag for $2.67! Anyway while there I was in electronics section when I found this neat little device. Its basically a battery that will recharge your usb devices. Just curious if anyone has tried this with there usb pass-through device yet. Thing is nice and small and looks like it might provide pretty good power to get through the day with. I paid $29.95 for mine plus I get another 10% of cause my wife works at Wally World. Figured if it didn't work I can still use it with my Blackberry any way. Did it say 1000mah output on it clam? I tried to look up the specs but didn't see the output anywhere. If it says less, it most likely will not work. If it doesn't say, guess you'll find out when you try it

Yes it does say 1000 mah. Got it charged up and about to test it. 3 hour initial charge on my usb port on my computer. No ac charger with this. As soon as I plugged my pass through in and used it the green light came on to show its charging. Nice thing is it has a switch to turn off when not in use. So far so good with it. Guess the ultimate test is how long it will last, Its nice and small though fits in the palm of your hand. Will keep you guys advised.

Capacity doesn't necessarily mean output but if it's working, it must be high enough. Great! Let us know how it goes

That looks like a good charger....but the one clam bought is a portable (or mobile) battery pack. He charges it up then can carry it with him to plug his usb passthrough into. I think the one you're looking at is a charger but it doesn't hold a charge so you can carry it around and use it (unless I'm misreading it).

So far its working great! Doesn't seem to draw to much juice from the battery as the green charging light shuts off pretty quickly after you stop using it. Producing great vapor almost better than it was plugged into my computer. Next test is to see how long it goes without having to recharge.

Hey I hope this Duracell usb pack works good I saw these a while ago when searching for one to get , as I heard the APC power packs were discontinued do to them not being a realiable product .

Smoking what kind of pass through do you have? One with a battery box, or a just straight cord.
