And as long as you turn the batteries so that the buttons are facing away from each other you won't have to worry about the buttons getting pushed in your pocket and wasting battery life.

As long as the atties aren't attached to the batteries, it really doesn't matter if the buttons are pushed in.

ahh but the button getting pushed and thus lighting the LED would waste some battery life. Not a lot but that's why I said that.

It works very well for me and hubby...we each have one. Mine rolls around and gets squished under all the crap I carry in my purse, and it hasn't cracked or anything yet!

No worries of hijacking that looks like a good way for a full one.

As for this one I honestly hadn't used the keyring at all myself as far as carrying it around but since you asked, and because I know I could easily get another, I gave it a good hard tug about half a dozen times and applied pressure pulling at it while gripping the rest of it in my hand and it didn't budge a bit. I actually figured I'd rip it for sure but honestly it doesn't even look like the threads budged a bit.

I have one, and will attest to it being well built. Use if for a number of things, one draw back it gets lost in my pocket book.

that confused me for a minute. Then I went and looked at her site again and noticed the pic she has does make it look kind of purplish. They are actually black though.

Mine is black, don't recall any colors being mentioned when I purchased the bottle buddy. Well made.

Yeah they're definitely black. It's just the lighting on the pic on the site made them look like they have a bit of a purple hue to them.
