My DSE 901 BLOWS my 801 out of the water as far as vapor goes.... is this normal?? What's your experience with these two styles? I thought the Penstyles were supposed to be pretty dang impressive as far as vapor goes??

I like them both. The 901 for it's size, lightness and vapor production, the 801 for the same reasons plus the battery last longer and the weight is good for clunking my DH over the head when I'm annoyed with him.

HI Nayetopps--They both are great, but the condition of the atomizer and age says it all. Both units atomizer's diminsh after time. Glad you are enjoying your 901---Sun

I had the same feeling with my penstyle. I wasn't sure what model mine was exactly, so I would call it a 801/4072. Turns out it was a RN-4072 (not that this makes any difference). But when I first got it, it sucked. Hardly any vapor and it was never consistent. I kept with it though, and now it out smokes my 901. It was almost like it needed to be broken in. 2-3 drops of juice in my pen will last about twice as long in my 901. There still in some consistency issues with it, but over all I am very happy with it. The battery lasts quite a bit longer, and the efficient way it uses juice is a plus. I use it mostly when I am at home in front of the computer, so it serves it purpose well in that regard. I take my 901 with me on the go.

In your case, it could be a weak battery?! I know when my ecigs batteries start going it and you slap on a freshly charged battery, wow, what a difference.
