Where did I say I don't believe you women? Look at my post #53. I know the difference between capacity and output. When you said "Take a look at any device you have hanging around, or take a look on the internet. Output is not measured in mAh!" I posted a picture of the package where it is listed as mAh. They are trying to make us believe thats the output of the device when it is actually the capacity and the output is listed on the back of the battery as .06mA. It's a deceiving practice. Even that spec sheet doesn't list output in A or mA.

Maybe we can get some people to cut up their USB Pass Throughs, so they ruin it .
NOW Sell Them The "Thingy" and Make another "Thingy" to Use Instead?
I think You Get What U Pay For...
Keep Building Them ScrewDrivers!!!
the screwdriver means u dont need the "thingies" its just a cheap plastic battery pack.. i have a couple of the cheap thingies coming.. but they are that simple they cant really not do the job.. ones assume a modicum of knowledge on the part of who wires em up but they will work..
we aint got enough time to build SDs but i can tell others how to do what everybody seems to want to do.. make a simple battery pack..

No, the spec sheet does not list the output at all.
And the picture you posted does not list the output either. It simply lists the battery capacity (an idea of the length in time it should run on a charge), and moreover, it lists it correctly in milliamp hours. Not misleading at all!
That is, not misleading unless someone thinks the mAh number means something it doesn't - which is why I've been trying to get Cell to correct his terminology in the first place!

This is why I just use the APC Mobile Power pack for my usb passthru's. No drama with it, works all the time and it fits into a ipod case that I clip on my belt when on the road.

I hear Ya Brother,
The Gas Bag Is Loose Tonight...
"How can I find out the size and capacity of a battery ?
Size and performance specifications for batteries are found in the product tables. Where available, specifications for Weight, Thickness, Talk and Stand-by time, milli-Ampere hours (mAh), and Voltage are provided."
- Capacity
- Compatibility
The Duracell Ad / Packaging is Intentional Deception...

I found a power pack that works with the pass through that puresmoker sells.
It is a KENSINGTON PORTABLE POWER PACK at Tiger direct .com .
The output is 1.5 amps. I just got it in and it works great.

I'm confused, overwhelmed, and really not that bright to begin with.... so, would someone look this over and confirm for me that everything is compatable? I'm aware that the atomizers from Heaven's Gifts might need to be adapted.
Heaven's gifts DSE801 and DSE901

I have the dse901 and am using a 500ma Lenmar power supply with my non battery passthrough. The specs are: Capacity 2.5, Input 5VDC, 500ma max, Output 5VDC, 500ma max. What I have discovered is that you need to pull much more slowly to get it to work properly. My guess (because I have not earthly idea about Ma's and Mah's and am in no way educated about such things) is that it's either not heating the coil as quickly or perhaps as much, or both as other power supplies might, but mine is working. I don't know how long this power pack will keep it going because I just got it, but I have no issues with it's performance as long as I take slow steady draws.
